This website is compliant with the following standards:

Contract payments are due at the beginning of the month (or billing cycle). You are paying upfront for a month of work.

Contracts can be upgraded at anytime, but the contract term resets with any upgade. What this means is, if you have a "5 hr/month - 1 year contract" and at month six, you want to upgrade to a 10 hr/month contract, you must recommit for a full year at the new rate.

I generally recommend against one-time projects, as a website needs ongoing development to keep up with changing times and technologies. However, if you choose to use my services for a one-time development project, I can definitely work with you.

There are two options for one-time projects:

Prepaid Monthly Package - you purchase the amount of time you want. That time is valid for 31 days from the date of purchase.
À la carte - you choose how many hours you would like to purchase, with 50% payable at the start of the project, and the remainder due at either the completion of the project, or when your hours run out (whichever happens sooner). The time purchased is valid for 183 days from date of purchase.
